Owners show a lot of animosity towards tenants. You are treated as underprivileged. Exorbitant amount of Deposit would be deducted when you vacate along with shifting charges - GREEDY OWNERS. The apartment manager along with maintenance guys makes a lot of money under the table and the management committee never questions about the manager's crooked ways. As the manager takes a lot of money only from tenants and not from owners it goes unquestioned. Poor building quality with lot of cracks leakages, erratic power supply and generator has back-up issues which spoils all the electrical devices, accessories and points at your flat. Better to avoid. Don't fall for the garden - that's the Apple in the Garden of Eden. Better and far superior apartments in the vicinity with good people.
