Buying a flat is a dream in or near Mumbai is a dream for any middle class family and for that either home loan or a good savings is utilized for buying it from a builder. Being a flat owner I always had a dream to buy a flat to settle down in maharastra after 4-5 years and in 2014 when I visited the builder’s site office I was not knowing that already a fraud was sitting there to sell the units with false promises. I clearly asked that if i get covered parking i will book the fkat on which i was told all parking both covered and open will be allotted after society formation however later when enquired i was given in writing that the covered parking was allotted at the time of initial booking itself. I had no other option but to accept thus fraud. Luckily my boss escaped thus fraud as he too intended to book and he got a lot of calls by the fraud salesman to book it. The important part is the salesman was doing shamelessly and without fear by instituting false promises. Then came the possession date and the problems started showing their ugly faces. I was asked to sign additional agreement where the builder was legally taking my consent in writing on a separate stamp paper to allow 0eople people from another outside building to use our passage and complex area through a common gate. When I refused to sign I was told possession will not be given. When I threatened of dire consequences the possession was given however later I came to know that the subsequent innocent owners were made to sign that agreement as a mandatory clause. Then came the facilities and only GOD knows when it would be provided. Then came another shock where the builder's flats were given on rent to the people at throw away money even less than what we would pay for staying in any worst chawl, hence the quality of life you all can imagine how it would be. There are still few good like minded people staying there but they too are helpless. The flat purchased in 2013-14 at 34 lac is not getting sold even at 25 lac hence you can understand the depreciation of the asset. Even people who can't afford even a chawl are bargaining for the lowest price knowing the fate of the owners there. I know my 34 lac is lost but I want to caution each one of you not to buy any unit from this builder as there are better options available in the market. The condition of the flat owners are so horrible that even people who doesn't have money to buy 1bhk are declining the owner's 2bhk that they need metro services , malls, shopping complexes , etc or else they won't buy. These buyers may be staying in a shabby chawls standing in long queues for nature's call but when they come to buy they take advantage of the situation and bargain till owner's blood boils. We have been cheated so brutally by the builder and the salesman that I can only pray to God that let there be severe curse on all the connected people and their families who should face the warth during this life time only. Another half constructed tower has been erected and really don't know how many owners would meet the same fate. Now they converted their name as TREC hence beware of this name..... please don't fall pray like us .... its your hard earned money hence put it else where or else life is short and we should not spend remaining life by repenting on our decisions. There are other owners who gave their reviews please read it and take informed decisions. Even dharawi chawl has come class but not this LA PROMANEDE, AMBIVALI After reading this still if you feel that you should buy the flat over here don't repent afterwards. I tried to give honest feedback to all of you.
