Sarjapur, Bangalore

Sarjapur is located in the South-Eastern parts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. The emerging IT companies around the area has made it a new residential attraction. The area is covered in lush green patches and lakes most prominent being the Billapura Lake. The city is surrounded by other areas like Gudighattanahalli, Chikkadunnasandra, Ittangur, and Chichuraganapalli. The Sarjaour-Atibelleroad covers the area in the west while the Outer Ring Road is only a few kilometers from the area connecting it to other cities of Bengaluru. The Sarjaour- Atibelle road further connects the area to the Kanyakumari Road which connects the region to localities like Koramangala and Marathahalli. The area has seen the emergence of many IT companies for some years now. The famous tech giant, Infosys has already set up Infosys SEZ Tech Park. The Azim Premji Foundation has also acquired land in the region aiming to develop a world-class university. Other companies like SNR Info city, Electronics City of Bengaluru are very close to the project as well. The recent developments in the area have attracted residential and commercial project in the area.  The region consists around 176 projects like Kings Square, Celebrity Square, GR Sankalpa, Uber Verdant, DS Max Skylishcious, Trifecta Joli, Mana Candela, Oak Leaf, RBD Still Waters, Mana Foliage, GR Shrushti, Ahad Euphoria, etc. The real estate companies like Mana Projects Pvt. Ltd, DS Max Properties Pvt. Ltd, Trifecta Projects, RBD Shelters, Sowparnika Projects and Infrastructures, Bren corporations are some of the many companies that are investing in the development of residential apartments in the region.
