Bengaluru's Brigade Group Unveils INR 2,700 Crore Residential Project on Whitefield-Hoskote Road

Brigade Group, a leading real estate developer headquartered in Bengaluru, has announced the acquisition of a prime 20-acre land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road. This project, estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of INR 2,700 crore, is set to transform the area into a vibrant residential hub.


Investment and Development Details

The acquisition was made through Brigade’s subsidiary, Ananthay Properties Private Ltd., for a total cost of approximately INR 630 crore. The ambitious project will offer a saleable area of around 2.5 million square feet, catering to the growing demand for quality housing in Bengaluru.

In its recent financial results, Brigade Group reported a consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of INR 115 crore for Q2FY25, reflecting a modest 2 percent year-on-year growth compared to INR 112.5 crore in the previous year. However, the company witnessed a 19 percent decline in revenue, which stood at INR 1,138.1 crore, down from INR 1,407.9 crore in Q2FY24.
