Galaxy and Sawasdee Group are planning a Rs 1000 crore investment in South Delhi.

A real estate developer based in Noida is gearing up to undertake redevelopment projects in Delhi, having already initiated several ventures within the national capital.

Galaxy Group, headquartered in Noida, in collaboration with Sawasdee Group, is embarking on the creation of an ultra-luxurious residential undertaking in South Delhi. While the project's intricate specifics are yet to be unveiled due to ongoing planning, the joint effort has declared an approximate investment of Rs 1000 crore.

Furthermore, the Sawasdee and Galaxy Group, recognized for their successful delivered projects in Greater Noida West, are concurrently engaged in the development of various commercial initiatives in Delhi, particularly situated in Old Delhi, Rohini, and Paschim Vihar.  Additionally, the collective effort is constructing a sprawling retail and commercial hub in Sector-63, Noida.

Elaborating on this strategic endeavor, Pradeep Kumar Agrawalla, director of both Galaxy Group and Sawasdee Group, conveyed, "South Delhi has always symbolized opulence and style, dominated by high-net-worth individuals.  Given the positive response to our prior Delhi-based undertakings, our decision to focus on luxury development naturally gravitated towards South Delhi.
