The quarter allotment rules for Central Govt employees:

CGEWHO Greater Noida scheme:

The CGEWHO invited applications from the Central Government employees and from the general public during the year of 2015. During November 2019, the CGEWHO released a list that contained the defaulters. The list of beneficiaries who have returned their call-up notices got published on January 9th in 2019. The Mohali Phase 2 housing scheme:

The Central Government employees who have recently purchased a housing unit under the Mohali Phase 2 scheme of CGEWHO are now requested to take over the physical possession of their respective units. Those who have failed to do this particular process shall be charged under DLP (Defect Liability Period). If you are about to clear the pending dues, then you need to start paying 500 Indian Rupees per month as the maintenance charges. The charges tend to differ based upon the unit that has been allotted to you. All the mentioned charges must be paid at the Site office of the project manager located in Mohali.
