The quarter allotment rules for Central Govt employees:
The application form must be filled properly and then signed by the candidate along with nominee, and then it must be forwarded to the respective candidate’s department by a Central Government officer who is not said to be below the GoI rank of Under Secretary of Government of India. - The CGEWHO has a unique rule that the applicant must sign in every other page of the application form that is about to be submitted to acquire allotment through them.

CGEWHO Greater Noida scheme:
The CGEWHO invited applications from the Central Government employees and from the general public during the year of 2015. Those who have received a confirmation letter about their allotted units were notified about the final day to complete paying the fourth installment back on February 11th of 2019.
During November 2019, the CGEWHO released a list that contained the defaulters. The list of beneficiaries who have returned their call-up notices got published on January 9th in 2019. As a result of this, if at all vacancies do come up by the end of this year, the CGEWHO shall release DDA housing 2020 waiting list, under which the applicants coming from the second and third priority levels shall be considered in the first place.
The application submission process:

Meerut Phase 1 housing scheme:
The flats that are built under this particular scheme are in a ready-to-occupy stage. All the beneficiaries who have not completed the title deed acquiring process must complete it at the earliest to avoid paying penalty.
Documents needed:
- Color passport size photos two numbers, photocopy of either an election ID card, PAN card or Aadhar card.
- Two photographs representing the flats that are taken straight from the site.
- The first allotment letter, possession letter, and final call-up letter.
- No due certificate obtained from the Kendriya Vihar 1 in Meerut.
The Mohali Phase 2 housing scheme:
The Central Government employees who have recently purchased a housing unit under the Mohali Phase 2 scheme of CGEWHO are now requested to take over the physical possession of their respective units. Those who have failed to do this particular process shall be charged under DLP (Defect Liability Period). If you are about to clear the pending dues, then you need to start paying 500 Indian Rupees per month as the maintenance charges. The charges tend to differ based upon the unit that has been allotted to you. All the mentioned charges must be paid at the Site office of the project manager located in Mohali.
