PioneerUrban to Invest Rs 300 Crore in Senior Living Project ‘Advait’ in Gurugram

PioneerUrban Land and Infrastructure, in collaboration with J K Organisation under their real estate arm J K Urbanscapes Developers, has announced a Rs 300 crore investment in a new luxury senior living project in Gurugram. The project, named Advait, marks a significant entry into Haryana’s high-end retirement housing segment.

Haryana’s First IGBC Platinum-Certified Senior Living Community

Advait is the first senior living project in Haryana to receive an official license under the State Retirement Policy, and it is also the first IGBC platinum-certified project in this category. Spread across 2.6 acres, Advait is currently under construction and is scheduled for delivery by early 2027.

Designed specifically to cater to the evolving needs of senior citizens, every apartment at Advait is equipped with a centralised air filtration system (TFA unit), providing a clean and healthy indoor environment. In addition, the project will feature 24/7 medical support in partnership with Fortis Hospital Gurugram, ensuring access to high-quality healthcare within the premises.
