Prateek Group Announces INR 2,000 Crore Investment in Ghaziabad Housing Project

Ghaziabad: Real estate giant Prateek Group has unveiled plans to invest over INR 2,000 crore in a luxury housing project at Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. Named Prateek Grand Begonia, the project will span 15 acres and include 2,400 premium flats. This marks a significant step in the company’s expansion strategy, driven by rising consumer demand.

Speaking at the launch event, Prateek Group CMD Prashant Tiwari shared details of the project, highlighting its appeal for both end-users and investors. "We have already developed and delivered 4,500 flats in Siddharth Vihar. Our new housing project aims to meet the evolving needs of our customers," said Tiwari. The first phase will offer 1,200 flats, with a customer-friendly payment plan requiring only 30% at booking and the remaining 70% at possession.

Massive Investment and Revenue Projections

Prashant Tiwari confirmed that the company will invest over INR 2,000 crore in this project, with construction already underway. The project is expected to generate sales revenue exceeding INR 5,000 crore. The company aims to complete and deliver the project within five years.

Prateek Grand Begonia offers luxury flats priced between INR 1.2 crore and INR 2.75 crore, with a per-square-foot rate of INR 11,000. Interestingly, the group pre-sold over 400 flats at an introductory rate of INR 9,000 per square foot before the official launch, reflecting strong market demand.

Enhanced Infrastructure in Siddharth Vihar

The project isn’t just about housing; Prateek Group plans to develop a school and a shopping mall within the vicinity. These additions will complement the existing infrastructure and enhance the lifestyle offerings for residents. Siddharth Vihar, located along the NH-4 corridor, has emerged as a promising real estate hub.
