Pune-based Gera Developments and Bangaluru-based Sterling Developers, has jointly launched Gera’s Child Centric Homes (CCH) recently in Bangalore, after successfully launching a similar project at Pune earlier this year. The concept of CCH was successfully launched earlier this year by Gera Developments in Pune at their project Song of Joy, Kharadi. It will be soon launched in Goa. The Bangalore project will be launched at joy on the banks at Varthur area. The price of the project starts from Rs 5,000 per square feet, a company statement said. The project is mainly for young home buyers who are also working couples, living in a nuclear format with young children or are planning to start a family.
