The applicant must have completed 21 age, during the time of submitting the application form. The applicant or any of his minor children or spouse must not own a flat, house or plot under TNHB in the past. Being a native of Tamil Nadu is a must. The TNHB scheme income eligibility is categorized into five different segments that start from earning 12,000Rs per month to 62,001Rs per month.
