Kattankulathur, Chennai

Kattankulathur is a locality which falls under the Maraimalai Nagar municipality of Chengalpattu taluk. It is a part of the Kanchipuram district of Chennai and is a slowly developing region of the city. This is because of its strategic location on the GST Road which is on the Chennai trichy National Highway. The nearest railway station is the Kattankulathur railway station that is at a distance of twenty minutes from Tambaram. This area is also properly connected by the MTC buses that pass through Maraimalai Nagar.
