Goel Ganga developers in Pune have usurped my property lying in Bibewadi Pune India SR No. 578 Hissa No.2, situate, lying and being at village Bibewai, Munjeri, Pune, & Ganga Dham Phase 2 Bibewadi Pune.. Hence a litigation against him and his family members and so also S S Enterprise has been lodged in the CIty CIvil Court of Pune and also Magistrate Court of Pune. I have also published a PUBLIC NOTICE in one of the leading Marathi newspaper of Pune - application no.911/2018 which is still pending and also A/O 710/2019 is pending in Hon.High Court of Bombay against 1) Syed Ahmed 2) Jayprakash Sitaram Goel 3) Atul J Goel 4) Amit J Goel 5) Mrs Amrita Atul Goel 6) M/s Goel Ganga Developers Pvt Ltd. 7) Shri Ganesh Constructions as well as a Criminal case no.4732/2018 u/s 406, 420, 447, 465, 468, 469, 471, 120-B, of IPC which is pending in J M F C Court at Pune.
