Golden I Project’s Reviews & Ratings

Ocean Golden-I project is taking undue advantage of his valuable customers. The builder is completely unethical and un-professional with their management. They don’t have solid foundation with the staff and management. We cant think of any future of this project, if this management is going to continue like this. The builder has forced almost all his buyers to pay heavy interest amount at the time of possession. Only few customer were able to waived-off their interest/penalty amount if they had approach with either respective development authority officer or well positioned govt officer. We along with around 12 friends bought the multiple office units in Golden-I way back in Aug’ 2018. We continued with the project since at the start of early launch and continuously paid the demands as promised. Many towers in Golden-I were supposed to be approved by bank as promised, so that our at least 50% of total cost could have been financed by bank, but surprisingly none of the towers got the finance approval even as of today’s date. That means we cant get loan against our said unit. Builder kept enforcing us to pay the amount, and ultimately few months back they forced us to pay the full amount and that has to be paid by customer itself. We had to break multiple financial assets to meet the sudden demand generated, along with and they are forcing us to pay the heavy penalty/interest amount as well because of late demand, but we should remember that late demand was due to the combined effect of no finance approval of their towers and construction impact due to Covid-19. The worst scenario is builder has raised the penalty even at the time of peak Covid-19 period of phase1 and phase2 where people were fighting for their survival, and the construction of full project were completely shut down due to govt guidelines. Even we cant think of this builder being so unethical and illogical, that the penalty generated against our units at the time of Covid-19. Once asked for the interest clarification to the builder and their management (Sonu Jaiswal, one of the employee in Golden-I), they are completely ignoring us since last 3-4 months, and never gave justification to any of us how this interest has been forcefully imposed to us. Even visiting at the office, none of their management staff meet with us with the resolution to waived-off the penalty, and continuously asked us to wait for hours and hours. At the time of possession, the builder has completely gone off & un-professional and taking undue advantage of all precious customer who stayed with him even at the worst phase during pandemic life. Our humble request to respective authority and concerned govt officers to take strict action against such fraud and cheating.
