They have three projects in Neeladri. Two in same campus - Happy Homes Vivasvan and another Happy Home Triguna. I heard from the localites that these two projects fall under PRR acquisition. So enquire fully and then book a flat here. Livmore , another project is also in Neeladri. Here they quote a very low price may be the reason that the flat itself is in a low lying area near Shikaripalya lake. When all other promoters in the area give for 3600 and above, they are giving for 3300 or even less. They have one more property in Thoguru also. which is not ideally located. So speak with local people regarding acquisitions for PRR project and then decide since all these projects are only Panchayat approved. Sewage issue is also there. For doubt pl interact with residents in nearby SK Daisy apartments.
