Ameenpur, Hyderabad

Ameenpur is a suburb of Hyderabad in the Telangana state of India's Patancheru mandal of Sangareddy district. The picturesque Ameenpur Lake is a local landmark. Ameenpur Town was connected to the Nehru ORR, the Bombay Highway NH-9, the Miyapur X Road to Bachupally Road, and the Kistareddy Pet Road. Ameenpur Lake is designated as the nation's first Biodiversity Heritage Site. Fish and birds are back, but there is still more to be done. A vast, long-ago man-made lake may be found on the western outskirts of Hyderabad, surrounded by amazing prehistoric rock formations, contemporary residences, factories, and a village. Ibrahim Qutb Shah, who governed the kingdom of Golconda between 1550 and 1580, is when Ameenpur Lake first appeared. One story is that the tank was dug up to water a sizable public garden. As of right present, the lake is split into Pedda Ameenpur and Chinna Cheruvu.
