Oshiwara, Mumbai

Oshiwara is a locality close to Lokhandwala Complex in northern Mumbai, India. The Oshiwara River served as the source of its name. It has numerous industrial areas and is situated between the western edges of Goregaon and Jogeshwari. The Western Line of the Mumbai Suburban Railway erected a station in Oshiwara called Ram Mandir, serving the expanded Andheri and Lokhandwala neighbourhoods of the western suburbs. Along with its food stands, Oshiwara is renowned for its market for used and antique furniture. A bus depot is run by Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply and Transport at Oshiwara.
