Sector 149 is just near to the Noida Greater Noida Expressway. Shaheed Bhagat Singh park and MS cricket ground occupies most area of this locality. Since both are popular among the residents who reside here, they often visit the park and stadium on the evenings. It excludes Kondali Bangar from Sector 152 and includes the Shiva Mandir.
