Parker White Lily Residency

I am an architect-Urban designer stay in this society from 3.5 years on rent. Landscape & outer look ,planning of the apartments are attaction points. But construction quality is not at all good. leakages from upper floor tiolets, even in bed rooms. skirting level seepage in all bed rooms. No pest control so rats dominated areas till upper floors. No sink in kitchens & tit is in utility balcony , that balconies are full of pegeon's shit. Unhyginic conditions After paying maintainance charges, they charge gymnasium fees only from tenants( which is illegal when tenant is paying maintanance charge against common electricity, maintanance , amenities ) rentals are comparatively more due to amenities here. Swimming pool is actually big pond. No filteration tank installed. most of the time it is empty. STP is not working properly after 75 to 80 percent occupancy. flushing water(black colored) is dirty & not treated properly. Leave dirty smell. Basement many times with STP water or rainwater so one parks there. Maintanance service is worst here leakages are not been removed from 2 years after frequent complaints. this is Genuine feedback so think before moving in this apartment
